Poodles, we’re all about playing a little dress up now and then. But this guy might be taking his fetish a bit too far. That’s right Eric Ducharme is obsess with mermaids. So much so that he dresses in a variety of “tail” costumes so he can swim around in a Florida natural spring several times a week. So obsessed that he will appear on TLC’s My Crazy Obsession.
His boyfriend, Matthew Quijano, sums it up beautifully in TLC’s trailer for the episode referencing people who ask, “Why is there a guy in a tail? It’s supposed to be a girl. Haters gonna hate.”
