Tepper Counseling

Lee Tepper, MSW, LISW-S (they/them/theirs) specializes in working with and advocating on behalf of LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities through their work as a therapist, clinical supervisor, consultant, trainer, and volunteer. Lee’s practice has a focus on treating those who experience Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and Gender Dysphoria. Lee uses a person-centered, trauma-focused, and Gender Affirming approach to provide evidence-based services to a diverse caseload of adults and youth. Prior to establishing their own practice, Lee worked as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in an agency setting providing counseling services to adults, children, and couples. Lee has experience in the non-profit sector and currently serves on Kaleidoscope Youth Center’s Board of Directors as the Board Chair. No matter what position Lee is in, they use an intersectional, anti-racist, and trauma-informed approach to engage with each unique individual, circumstance, and community.
