Apparently California is threatening to punish groups that discriminate against GLBT youth by revoking their tax exempt status.
According to The Raw Story, The Youth Equality Act, “would revoke the sales and corporate tax exemption for any youth group that discriminated against members on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.”
Well bravo, Poodles.
