Fifi stumbled across this indie, gay, (Gasp, dare she say it?) Country music video today. Gay and Country? Isn’t that an oxymoron, like jumbo shrimp, or lipstick lesbian?
But, after learning that singer/songwriter Steve Grand ponied up $7,000 of his own money to produce a video for his song detailing his crush on an all-American boy, we just had to see it for ourself. And let me tell you Poodles, Fifi got a little choked up. (No, not because of the hot, shirtless, young men.) After all, haven’t we all had an unrequited boyhood (or girlhood) crush? Makes us want to don a pair of pink cowboy boots, a jean skirt and white cowboy hat. Yee haw!
